Job Advertisement: Personal Assistant in Värsås

We are now looking for someone who wants to work extra hours with our client in Värsås and is also looking for a summer job. There is much that our client can manage with the support of their assistants. It is also through assistance that he gets the opportunity to live his life according to his wishes, interests, and needs. Together with the assistant, everyday tasks are balanced with fun activities such as walks, DV, gym training, music, Playstation, and various sports events. But also support in less enjoyable tasks such as cleaning, hygiene, and regular household chores.

The client has their own car that the assistants drive, so a B driver's license with a manual gearbox is a must. He also lives in the countryside between Skövde and Tibro in a place called Värsås, and it is advisable to get there by car. To manage this job, you need to have a good command of the Swedish language.

The Role and Experience of the Assistant

You need to have your own drive and a genuine desire to make each day valuable. You are a positive and secure person who looks at the work as a personal assistant in the long term. We are looking for someone with some experience in care or educational work, but this is not a requirement. Personal qualities weigh heavier. We prefer female applicants as the majority of the group is currently men. The most important thing is that you and the client click – that the chemistry is right! Meritorious Experience

• Experience in similar work
• Swedish spoken and written
• B driver's license and access to your own car

Working Hours/Employment Rate

• On an hourly basis – extra as needed during the regular assistant's sick leave and vacation.
• Start immediately.
• During the summer months of June, July, and August, more hours are available as regular staff are on vacation.
• Working hours are scheduled for all hours of the day with on-call duty at night.
