The Role of Systems Engineer

As a systems engineer with us, you will work on solutions that often consist of a combination of hardware and software. You will help ensure that the whole holds together – from idea to finished product. Depending on the project, this may involve:

System modeling and analysis
Requirements management and risk analysis
Verification and validation
Configuration management
Technical coordination between disciplines

You drive problem-solving with technical depth and have the ability to see both details and the big picture – and you enjoy collaborating closely with other engineers, developers, and testers.

We Believe You Have:

Several years of experience working as a systems engineer or in a similar role
Experience with technically complex products involving both hardware and software
Knowledge of requirements management, system analysis, validation/verification
A technical education background – preferably in electronics, computer engineering, or mechatronics
Good communication skills and a curious mindset
Fluent Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
Swedish citizenship – several of our assignments require this
Approved security clearance – you must be able to undergo and be approved for security clearance to participate in certain projects
