ABOUT THE POSITION

Vi Omsorg is now looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our client in Viksjöfors. We are looking for both those who want to work in a position of about 60–70%, with 5–6 shifts per month, and those who want to work as substitutes as needed. Workdays start early at 07:00, and depending on the day, you will finish around 18:00 or 19:00.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a happy and energetic 22-year-old girl who has recently graduated from high school and is now facing exciting new challenges in life. She has an intellectual disability, autism, ADHD, and epilepsy, and for her, clear routines are an important part of everyday life. She lives close to her parents, and as a personal assistant, you will have a natural collaboration with them.

As an assistant to our client, your tasks will include:

• Supporting her daily routines
• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, as well as during meals
• Providing support in social situations, as she can become aggressive in response to loud noises or when meeting new people
• Participating in daily activities
• Motivating and engaging

We are looking for someone who is secure, empathetic, and understands the importance of creating a calm and structured environment. You should also have good patience and enjoy working according to established routines. In the recruitment process, we place great emphasis on personal suitability. The client only wishes to hire female assistants.

REQUIREMENTS

• Driver's license and access to a car to get to the workplace

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience working in healthcare or similar
• Previous work experience with individuals who have intellectual disabilities, autism, ADHD, or epilepsy

Start date: As agreed, where we would like to see you start the introduction immediately.

Employment rate: 60-70% and substitutes as needed.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
