We are looking for a personal assistant for a man with an interest in walks, outings, and bike rides, preferably in combination with nature in forests and fields.

The client needs coaching support, and it is important that you can motivate and encourage, as well as calm. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is mature and can see opportunities for the client to have the best life possible.

We believe this is an important but also fun job, especially when we see the joy in the client doing things he enjoys and feeling good.

Experience with challenging behavior and autism is an advantage.

The job broadly involves the following:

- being a reliable person who can support and calm.

- collaborating with other assistants and the family.

- being able to communicate, report, and document in Swedish.

- being able to join in activities and suggest relevant things to do.

- being able to switch pace; sometimes it is very calm, sometimes hectic.

- being able to help manage the client's home, cleaning, shopping, taking care of plants, you know.

We often work long shifts (24-hour shifts with some waiting time), and it is important that we get along well. Therefore, personal suitability is as important as formal qualifications. You will receive relevant introduction and guidance during your start-up. You will get a schedule after your introduction period of about 2-3 weeks.
