Aberia is owned by Aberia AS, a Norwegian family-owned company, with about 1200 employees that started in 1981. The owner is NHC Group, which operates a wide range of welfare services.

We are now looking for someone who wants to become a personal assistant to an active and lively young man who needs support around the clock.
He lives a life full of movement, exciting activities, and social interactions. Your workdays will be both varied and meaningful — filled with energy and community!
About the role:
You will accompany him in his daily activities and be an important part of his everyday life. The job involves providing the right support to create security and freedom, always focusing on self-determination and respect.
We offer flexible working shifts:
- 24-hour shifts or shorter shifts depending on needs (waiting time may occur during the night)
A part-time job that suits you who are looking for a flexible and rewarding position.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is secure, attentive, and has common sense
- Understands the balance between giving freedom and setting boundaries
- Is physically active and enjoys a job where things happen
