ABOUT THE POSITION

We are now looking for a legal assistant for Immedica Pharma. Immedica is a pharmaceutical company focused on the commercialization of drugs for rare and specialized diseases. They serve patients in over 50 countries and are fully dedicated to helping those living with diseases that have a significant unmet medical need. Immedica was founded in 2018, starting with 7 employees and a revenue of 85 million SEK. Today, in 2025, they have over 140 employees with a revenue exceeding 1 billion SEK.

At the beautiful office in Stockholm, you will work alongside approximately 60 colleagues, where in this role you will belong to the legal department, working closely with 3 lawyers.

This is a 6-month consultancy assignment to support Immedica with contract management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

You will primarily support contract management.

• Management of contracts and legal documents
• Communication with internal colleagues in various departments
• Preparing invoices for terminated contracts
• Writing a formal written notice (notification) to a counterparty, such as a termination of contract, a warning of breach of contract, or a reminder of an obligation

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has an academic education, preferably in law or similar
• Has previous administrative work experience
• Has an understanding of contract management
• Good system proficiency
• Can communicate fluently in spoken and written English

It is advantageous if you have:

• A completed law degree
