Part-time Finance Assistant (50%) in Gothenburg

Are you a meticulous and self-driven finance assistant with experience in invoicing? We are currently looking for a part-time finance assistant (50%) for an exciting client in Gothenburg. You will be employed by Aura Personal and assigned to our client, who has their office in Hisingen.

About the Position

In this role, you will primarily work with:

Invoicing and follow-up
Handling of incoming and outgoing payments
Reconciliations and basic bookkeeping
Administrative tasks related to the financial flow

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience as a finance assistant, focusing on invoicing
Is familiar with financial administration and has good system skills
Is self-driven and enjoys a role with personal responsibility
Is structured, meticulous, and has good communication skills

To be considered for the position, you need to have another main occupation of at least 50%. This could be studies, part-time work, or self-employment.

You will be employed by Aura Personal and assigned to our client in Hisingen, Gothenburg. The assignment is for 50% and starts immediately.
