About the Job
As the Customer Responsible for Car Trade, you play a key role in both managing and further developing LF Skaraborg's business within the car trade. You are responsible for our car dealers in Skaraborg and work closely with them to both develop and manage the business by building long-term partnerships and establishing new contacts.
The role encompasses overall responsibility for the car trade area – from ensuring that agreements are followed to initiating changes and negotiations as needed. You act as an important link between internal functions and external partners, coordinating activities and driving projects related to the car trade business.
An important part of the role is business development – you work data-driven to identify improvement opportunities, streamline processes, and develop offerings that strengthen both our partners' business and our own. You are analytical, business-driven, and thrive in a role where you can combine relationships with strategic work.
The role also involves participating in customer activities together with our partners, which in some cases may occur during evenings and weekends.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who is driven, business-oriented, and self-sufficient, with a strong interest in both customer relationships and business development. You have a structured and analytical work style and enjoy working independently while also being able to collaborate easily with others – both internally and externally.
You have previous experience in sales, customer responsibility, or project management. It is an advantage if you have worked with improvement work or business development, as the role involves actively contributing to the development of our working methods, offerings, and collaborations.
