Rudolf Steiner School in Gothenburg has been around for over 50 years and is located on a hill with a view of the city, surrounded by a large natural plot. Today, the school has 230 students in grades F-9.

We are now looking for an engaged leisure educator for our after-school program.

We expect you to have education and experience that corresponds to the position you are applying for. Experience in Waldorf pedagogy is an advantage.

As a leisure educator at Rudolf Steiner School, you will work to provide all students with a meaningful leisure time. This is done by daily offering a mix of activities such as creative work, movement, and outdoor activities in our wonderful outdoor environment.

You have the ability to consider both the individual student's needs and the group's possibilities. We are looking for someone who wants to work for a learning environment that is inspiring and stimulating for the students. You are driven and full of ideas, open and receptive to the students' interests. You are a relationship builder with good communication skills and high social competence.

As a person, you have a strong integrity and a clear desire to develop both yourself and the after-school activities together with colleagues and management. You have a positive attitude and contribute to a good working climate and collaboration with students, guardians, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with a teaching degree for teaching in after-school programs, leisure pedagogical activities. Please attach your diploma with your application.

Other:

The position is part-time at about 50%. Start date according to agreement.
