Qualifications and Responsibilities

Certification and qualification for teaching in crafts/textile crafts. You should have good knowledge in working with various soft materials and craft techniques and have the ability to meet and teach students to develop knowledge in this area. For full-time work as a teacher, additional subject qualifications are required.

In several of our teaching groups, it is required that you have equally good knowledge in teaching based on the regular school curriculum as well as adapted primary school. We wish that you have experience and knowledge regarding working with students with functional variations and feel interest and commitment to teaching that includes all students. We place great importance on your ability to adapt teaching at both the individual and group level and to challenge students to constantly grow in their learning.

You should have good knowledge in planning, implementing, documenting, following up, and developing the educational activities together with the work team. Using the curriculum as a basis, you choose methods, content, and approach based on each student's knowledge, experience, and specific conditions. You find it easy to collaborate, have a very good ability to create relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues, and you understand the importance of continuously developing your and the organization's teaching.
