Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for a labor market secretary for the labor market department who, with competence and commitment, will contribute to more Malmö residents getting into work or studies aimed at work and self-sufficiency. As a labor market secretary, you will conduct mapping, establish labor market planning, and generate activity in each individual case. You will provide support and guidance to the individual participant. As a labor market secretary, you will be part of a workgroup with other labor market secretaries working to contribute to the department and the unit's set goals.

The role of the labor market secretary includes, among other things:

Preparing, guiding, coaching, and matching participants to become self-sufficient.
Proactively working with employers
Working with individuals and groups
Collaborating
Establishing planning with participants.
Documenting in Procapita
Planning and conducting labor market and study events.
Cooperating with other actors internally and externally. For example, social services, the Employment Agency, educational providers, and employers in both private and public sectors.
Participating in development work regarding organization and method.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a university degree of at least 180 credits in behavioral science or social science, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. You have at least two years of relevant work experience. You have good experience in creating contacts and building relationships, especially with employers. You have experience documenting in digital tools.

It is advantageous if you have previous experience working in public operations. Furthermore, you preferably have a large network within the business community, public sector, and non-profit sector through previous experience. Additionally, it is advantageous if you have experience in support and matching and have actively sought out employers to match individuals.

You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. You have good computer skills, and it is advantageous if you have experience with new digital tools such as Office 365, Skype, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
