Who are you?
You have previously worked broadly with payroll work and are comfortable with the entire process, both for collective workers and salaried employees. If you also have experience with the Port and Stevedoring Agreement or from the industrial sector, it is a big plus. You also have experience with some HR administration and have the ability to understand the bigger picture and what can be contributed within HR and payroll. Post-secondary education in payroll is an advantage.
You are accustomed to working in the payroll system Hogia and the HR system Sympa, and have very good skills in the Office suite, especially Excel. We see that you are a self-driven person who enjoys working in a structured and solution-oriented manner. You easily see the whole picture, enjoy collaborating, and actively contribute to developing working methods and processes. You speak and write fluently in Swedish, are proficient in English, and preferably understand Danish, as you will be in contact with colleagues in Denmark.
As a person, you are unpretentious, proactive, and confident in your role. You like to take responsibility, willingly share your knowledge, and support the team where needed.
