The development department in Helsingborg provides digital solutions for our Nordic markets, including e-commerce concepts and “Buy & Collect”.

The Role of Quality & Compliance Administrator

Biltema is now looking for a Quality & Compliance Administrator who can play a crucial role in our compliance work. The Q&C team is part of the Product Organization and currently consists of five people.

The position involves daily contact with Q&C specialists, Product Managers, and buyers, in the areas of product development that relate to product safety and regulatory compliance.

As a Quality & Compliance Administrator, you will:

Ensure that product ideas have relevant specifications.
Assist the Q&C specialist in daily tasks.
Prepare and register EU declarations.
Prepare and register the technical file.
Participate in risk assessments and project meetings.
Be part of the Product Development team, which also includes Product Manager, Buyer, Graphic Designer, and Writer.

Who are you?

We believe that this describes you:

Knowledge of the regulations governing product safety.
At least three years of experience in quality or regulatory roles.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute activities in line with the company's goals.
Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
It is an advantage if you have an understanding of production processes and/or experience in sourcing, with a focus on retail.
It is also an advantage if you have post-secondary education in project management and/or technical education.
