About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting for 6 months with good opportunities for permanent employment. In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, and it is stated that FDT System intends to offer you employment with them in the long run. This provides both you and FDT System a good opportunity to get to know each other and evaluate how you enjoy your collaboration.

About the company

FDT is a comprehensive provider of business and retail data systems to companies, retail chains, and independent stores. They develop the software themselves and currently have about 1500 customers in Sweden, Norway, and Finland. Since April 2019, FDT has been an independent business unit within TSS, Total Specific Solutions, with its headquarters in the Netherlands. They have offices in Luleå and Kalmar and currently employ 33 people. Their customers range from individual stores to larger chains with hundreds of connected stores.

Job responsibilities

As a support agent, you will primarily work with providing support for the company's products and troubleshooting software and its accessories. You will receive incoming calls from corporate customers and assist them with questions regarding the products. You listen to the customer's needs and inform them about FDT's service offerings to deliver the best solution. The goal is always to achieve good service and high customer satisfaction. You will work towards set goals and maintain a continuous dialogue with your manager to receive the support and challenge you need. The employment begins with a thorough introduction that includes both practical and theoretical training allowing you to gradually grow into the role. On-call work and weekend work may occur. Your main job responsibilities include: • Helping customers and achieving high customer satisfaction • Solving technical problems related to FDT systems products

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Completed high school education, preferably in IT or technology • Very good sense of service • Good knowledge of spoken and written Swedish and English • Experience in first-line support is an advantage • Experience in retail work and use of cash register systems is an advantage To thrive in this role, you should have a knack for service and appreciate helping people.
