Job responsibilities

The position of Receptionist includes various tasks with responsibility for the reception. You have an important role aimed at ensuring the daily operations in the office run smoothly. A large part of the work involves welcoming the company's visitors in the reception in a friendly, engaged, and professional manner. In the role of receptionist, you are also responsible for answering emails and phone calls, handling mail, and assisting your colleagues. This is a role that suits you if you enjoy working independently with many points of contact, where your service skills can shine! The location for this position is centrally in Malmö. • Welcome visitors in the reception • Answer incoming emails and phone calls

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Work experience from a role with similar tasks • Completed high school diploma • You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English To thrive in this role, we believe that you are a person who is passionate about providing good service and is keen on giving a good reception to those around you.
