Job Description

The tasks mainly involve assessing the confidentiality of journal releases. You will also staff Region Skåne's telephone service a few days a week. Here, you will have a lot of contact with citizens, healthcare providers, insurance companies, authorities, and internal contacts. It is therefore important that you feel comfortable talking to different types of people. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays during the day.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is at the beginning of their career but has gained a few years of work experience and can start the position immediately! Here, you will work in a team with individual tasks. This requires that you are confident, have a high level of integrity, are customer-oriented, and understand the meaning of confidentiality. To thrive as a journal administrator, we believe that you are an extroverted person who enjoys maintaining a fast work pace and sees collaboration as a given. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Very good computer skills and experience in administration.
At least a high school education.
Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

We would like you to be able to stay at the workplace long-term, for at least 1 year.
