About the role

As a Senior Sales & Administration, you will be part of our sales team for Scandinavia/Nordic and play a key role in managing customer and supplier contacts. Your main task is to deliver first-class customer service and administration by:

• Handling technical inquiries, delivery time requests, orders, invoices, and complaints
• Creating quotes and providing prices and price lists to customers
• Building and maintaining long-term business relationships, primarily via phone and computer
• Searching for and compiling answers to technical questions to offer customized solutions
• Having frequent contact with our suppliers (the German steel mills) to create and develop relationships with contacts in different departments to find solutions for our customers
• Administering and reporting business-related issues internally

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is extremely service-oriented, has a strong commercial drive, and a good ability to build relationships. You have preferably worked with supportive technical sales in an advisory service-oriented role where you have been responsible for administration and follow-up regarding the business. As a person, you are relationship-building with a strong communicative ability.

To succeed in the role, we also see that you:

• Have very good administrative skills and are accustomed to organizing and prioritizing work with high accuracy
• Have very good experience working in business systems, preferably SAP, and with statistics related to sales and finance (Excel).
• A general technical knowledge and a strong interest in service and technology
• Fluent in at least one Nordic language and English in both spoken and written form
• Have good knowledge of German, as communication occurs frequently with Germany
• Enjoy working in an international business environment
