En väg in (Evi) is a unit within Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (Bup) that started in 2013, initially located at various Bup clinics in Skåne, but since 2016 has been a regional operation. We are a reception function located in a contact center (open office) that receives calls from young people, guardians, and care neighbors who have questions about mental health issues. Today we have 29 employees on site, including a unit manager, a medical secretary, an administrator, social workers, and nurses. As we are the first in the country with this type of operation, we are constantly working on development to provide the best possible help to those who call us. Our area also includes the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry's First Line.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We now have the opportunity to strengthen our team and welcome a medical secretary for a permanent position with us at Evi in Lund.

As a medical secretary in our unit, you are an important asset to the operation. Your good service makes a difference, and we value your knowledge in administration. Your work is characterized by variety and close collaboration with all employees in the unit as well as colleagues in other First Line clinics. Since the First Line area is a shared area within Bup, all administrative staff collaborate with each other, and you will always have close collegial support. We are a well-functioning team within the secretary group where we have a good spirit and help each other. You will have the opportunity to work in a competent team with extensive experience.

In the role of medical secretary at Evi, you are the face of the unit, and it is primarily you that our patients and care neighbors meet when they call us. Your tasks include documentation, registrations, and patient bookings. Furthermore, invoicing and ordering work in Raindance as well as quality assurance in Qlikview are also part of the job. Within Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, we often work in the systems Pasis, Melior, 1177, and Blåappen.

Our unit actively works with process management, striving to find the best and most effective flows to provide as many children and adolescents as possible with the right help at the right time at the right care level.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. There may be opportunities for flexible working arrangements upon agreement with the unit manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome applicants who have a recognized education in Health and Medical Care Administration 80p (KY)/400p (YH). We welcome applications from those who are in the final stages of their education as a medical secretary and from newly graduated individuals, as well as those who are experienced in the role. Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, are a requirement. Additionally, you should have good computer skills. Experience working with 1177 and knowledge of healthcare administrative systems such as Melior and Pasis are advantageous.
