RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of business developer with a logistics perspective, we are looking for a driven person who will provide important expert support in our operations. Based on your experience in improvement work within the supply chain, you know what robust solutions that create profitability look like. Through your work, understanding is created regarding the importance of effective flows and their working methods to successfully move forward. You will also support the management of the business area regarding effective supply flows and take on a communicative role where you educate and inform employees about logistics issues.
The position consists of a mix of tasks where you will have the opportunity to make a difference and contribute to better supply processes. You will primarily work on:
- Developing, streamlining, and implementing new supply flows, with a focus on material supply for both Regionservice and Region Skåne.
- Evaluating existing processes to identify and implement improvements to increase robustness, efficiency, and reduce costs in the role of development leader for material supply.
- Continuously improving key performance indicators to maximize service level, turnover rate, and profitability.
- Ensuring that processes are supported by functions in our systems.
- Improving and streamlining working methods.
- Being involved in ongoing projects - Material Supply Program.
QUALIFICATIONS
Regarding formal requirements, we are looking for someone with a university or college degree in logistics or another relevant education that the employer finds interesting. We are looking for someone with several years of experience in developing and implementing new supply processes. You have documented experience in improving and streamlining processes as well as a good understanding of ensuring optimization to the relevant system support. You also have experience in creating engagement in change processes and a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish.
To succeed in this role, you are action-oriented and results-driven. You find it easy to collaborate and have an unpretentious attitude. You want to contribute your perspective, thoughts, and ideas in the area and are skilled at driving your work forward and achieving good results. A prerequisite for success in the role is your ability to lift your gaze and see the big picture, to see where we are headed and where we want to go. Communicative, good at problem-solving, structured, and meticulous are other valuable traits. We also want you to be good at inspiring others and have a genuine interest in the issues, keeping yourself updated in your area of expertise. You are also a partner who takes full responsibility for your commitments.
