As a Claims Administrator at Van Ameyde, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth claims process. You will be a point of contact for customers and responsible for handling incoming claims cases. Through these responsibilities, you will be an important part of the service provided to customers. Common tasks in customer projects include:
- Receiving claims notifications over the phone.
- Registering claims in the claims system.
- Administration and customer contact (over the phone and email).
We are looking for someone who effectively plans and executes their work, who engages in customer cases, and who collaborates unpretentiously and easily with colleagues. You enjoy customer contact and appreciate the administrative part of the role. You are efficient, like to take responsibility, and thrive when you get to work extensively with administration. You have strong computer skills and enjoy having a lot to do. You have fluent language skills in both Swedish and English as some calls may occasionally occur in English. For this recruitment, we place great importance on your personal competencies as they have a direct impact on the match for the role and the success of the team.
Practical information- Start: April 21, 2025.
- Working hours: 08:00-16:45.
- Employment type: Consultant via A-hub for 3-6 months with the possibility of extension and/or direct recruitment.
- Location: Kallinge or Malmö
