We are seeking an experienced SAP Application Expert to play a key role in the maintenance and development of an advanced SAP platform. As part of a dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues to design, configure, test, and implement SAP solutions, ensuring their effective integration and smooth operation. You will be involved in the end-to-end process, from global rollouts to strategic system maintenance and innovation-driven initiatives.

Team Collaboration

In this role, you will work as part of a cross-functional team responsible for the Advanced Order Fulfillment Logic product. This team is tasked with optimizing customer service by ensuring accurate product availability across multiple sales channels. You will also help improve product sourcing from distribution centers, thereby enhancing both customer satisfaction and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in SAP CAR, focusing on Omnichannel Article Availability and Sourcing (OAA), SAP Logistics (SD), and SAP Available to Promise (ATP).
• Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to integrate SAP modules and custom solutions seamlessly across SAP CAR, SAP ECC, and Azure.
• Work with Enterprise & Solution Architects to align technology roadmaps with business objectives.
• Ensure efficient integration of SAP CAR with both SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Take ownership of solution design for key product areas.
• Develop functional specifications to support SAP developers and meet business needs.
• Facilitate the transition to SAP S/4HANA and provide support during this process.
• Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of next-generation eCommerce solutions.
• Represent the product team, advocating for its goals and maintaining strong communication across various forums.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering solutions within SAP CAR, especially in Omnichannel Article Availability (OAA) process flows.
• Deep knowledge of SAP CAR, SAP SD, and SAP ATP modules.
• Experience with multi-channel retail solutions and end-to-end Supply Planning.
• Extensive experience in SAP functional roles within complex business environments.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with Azure solutions.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, including IDoc, RFC, REST API, Web Services, and SLT.
• A solid grasp of custom development processes using SAP ABAP.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to leverage generative AI tools to optimize productivity.
