European Spallation Source (ESS) is a European Research Infrastructure Consortium (ERIC), a multidisciplinary research facility based on the world's most powerful neutron source. Our vision is to build and operate the world's most powerful neutron source, enabling scientific breakthroughs in research related to materials, energy, health, and the environment, and addressing some of the most important societal challenges of our time.

WHO we are looking for – Your tasks and responsibilities

- Goods reception with associated tasks.

- Scanning of delivery notes and notifications to recipients.

- Packing and/or repacking of goods.

- Delivery and pickup of goods within ESS operational areas.

- Loading and unloading activities with a forklift.

- Conducting continuous inventories and maintaining ESS systems.

- Maintenance of the vehicle fleet.

- Bulk handling of gas containers.

WHAT we expect – Your personal profile

- A few years of professional experience in providing service in a warehouse environment, not a requirement.

- An open-minded and service-oriented approach towards colleagues from all corners of the earth.

- Swedish as a first language with good knowledge of English.

- Good knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn and use ESS IT systems.

- Forklift license (A1-A4, B1-B3, D) is desirable but not required.

- Swedish driver's license (B).

- Swedish driver's license (C) is desirable but not required.

- Loyal and responsible.
