Your new job

As a service manager at Prenad, you will have overall responsibility for our service operations, which includes financial, strategic, and personnel responsibilities. Your tasks include:

• Maintaining and developing customer relationships
• Being responsible for contracts and financial results, technical quality, and documentation in assignments
• Organizing, leading, and engaging employees
• Working with calculations and forecasting
• Working with purchasing, resource planning, and quality and work environment efforts
• Participating in Prenad's improvement efforts and developing service operations.

Your new team

At Prenad El, we are about 100 people, distributed across four locations with employees in industrial service, service, contracting, and security. The locations we operate in are Perstorp (head office), Kristianstad, Klippan, and Åstorp. As a service manager, you will be responsible for a service team of about 45 employees from Kristianstad, Perstorp, and Åstorp. At each location, there are service leaders who handle daily planning and work management. In your role, you will closely collaborate with both service leaders and department heads.

The department's assignments range from large contracts to smaller service tasks. Our strength lies in our breadth of expertise and our wide range of services. We collaborate extensively with other departments and disciplines in the region and share premises with both VS and Appliances. We are a great team that works closely together and values having fun at work!

We are looking for someone who

We are looking for someone with a technical degree or equivalent with several years of experience in the industry. You have experience in service work within the installation industry and a sense and interest in sales and customer relations. You also have good knowledge of finance and experience in following up on financial results. You are proficient in the Office suite and other IT tools. It is desirable that you have local ties to the Perstorp-Klippan-Hässleholm-Örkelljunga area. If you also have an existing network in these areas, it is a strong merit. A driver's license (B) is required.

As a person, you are business-minded, outgoing, and results-oriented. You have a good structure in your work and find it easy to communicate and collaborate. The role of service manager often requires quick decisions and actions, which means you should be stress-resistant and have good problem-solving skills.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
