We are looking for a Customer Receptionist for our Car Workshop

We are now looking for a service-minded and driven customer receptionist for our car workshop. The tasks include booking vehicles for service and repairs, planning the right amount of work for the mechanics to effectively utilize the workshop's capacity. Collect payments from customers and order spare parts. You need to have good knowledge of cars to be able to book the right actions and parts, and you should also speak and write fluently in Swedish. A strong focus is placed on providing good service and achieving customer satisfaction.

We want you to be passionate about working with people and service. You who apply should find it easy to connect with new people and thrive in a flexible work environment. You should also have a very good sense of service.

You should be:

• Engaged, responsible, and service-oriented
• Automotive technical education or experience in the automotive industry
• Organized
• Good computer skills
• Good knowledge of English
• Driver's license B

The position is a full-time job. We apply a six-month probationary period and thereafter a permanent employment with individual salary setting. Selection and interviews are conducted continuously.
