Job Description

As a BI Developer, you will play a significant role in making information accessible so that the organization can better understand its own business and make informed decisions. In this position, you will collect, analyze, integrate, and visualize valuable data that generates insights regarding the current situation and future direction. You will support the entire organization and be the foundation for all monitoring, analysis, and reporting within the Kinnarps group.

In this role, you will develop our data warehouses within BI and Data Warehouse and create relevant reports for the different business areas. You will work in Power BI, which is Kinnarps' chosen platform, and your work will have a direct and significant impact on important projects and business development processes. The role belongs to the IT - Development department, which works across the company on IT development.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to get to know the entire organization - you will build relationships, develop collaborations, and convey the value of embracing the BI area! You will work closely with business managers, controllers, and process developers to identify business values and opportunities that can be created through data analysis.

In terms of experience, we are looking for someone who has previously worked in the BI field as a BI Developer, BI Consultant, or within data warehousing. You can communicate with various data sources, have SQL programming skills, and are knowledgeable in data modeling. We would be very pleased if you feel at home in Power BI but are also open to those with experience in other analytics platforms. A deeper knowledge of scripting and/or data transformation is advantageous for the position.

You likely have a university degree in IT or have acquired equivalent knowledge through work experience. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
