We are now looking for a dedicated Support Specialist who will be an important part of our central Service Desk. In your role, you will be responsible for providing our customers with the service they need regarding technical questions and IT support. We are looking for someone who has a natural engagement for IT and is therefore involved and driven in the work you do. You should thrive in a role with a lot of responsibility and take both functionality and security into account. The role requires you to have a high degree of service mindset and good communication skills.

About the role:

As a Support Specialist, you are the company's face to the outside world and are responsible for providing first-class support to our customers and users. You will:

• Handle escalated cases from 1st line, monitoring, and cases via our support system. Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues within client, server, and network environments.
• Escalate more complex cases.
• Ensure that customers have a positive experience through quick and professional service.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in IT support
• Network knowledge
• Has previous experience working in a Windows server environment.
• Has experience with Windows OS, Office 365
• Is service-oriented, solution-focused, and has good communication skills.
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and has good knowledge of English.
