Incident Manager for New Automated Warehouse in Viared

About the Position We are looking for someone who wants to play a key role in the commissioning of a brand new automated warehouse in Viared. As an Incident Manager, you will be the spider in the web when technical or logistical deviations occur. You will work closely with IT, operations, and automation – and be responsible for gathering the right people and resources when incidents arise in the digital or physical logistics flows.

The interim assignment is full-time and will initially last until the end of July. Start immediately.

Your Main Responsibilities

Identify, manage, and coordinate incidents in operations

Gather the right resources and roles to quickly resolve arising issues

Work with several systems such as ERP, WMS, and automated solutions

Act as a link between different departments, including external partners

Capture, document, and follow up on deviations

Participate in the establishment of incident management ahead of summer

About You You have a combination of system understanding and strong leadership skills. We prefer that you have experience from the logistics industry, IT incident management, or from a 3PL environment where you have worked closely with implementations and systems. You are solution-oriented, confident in making decisions, and thrive in a coordinating role in a fast-paced environment.

We Prefer That You Have:

At least 3 years of experience in logistics or IT incident management

Overall understanding of VMS/ERP systems and logistics flows

Experience in driving, coordinating, and following up on incidents

Good communication skills – you can gather people and create structure

Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Experience working with tools such as SharePoint, JIRA, Visio (meritorious)
