We are currently looking for an experienced Data Scientist for an assignment in Gothenburg, within the area of sales of new vehicles and related services.

You will work with data-driven solutions in a team that focuses on developing and improving processes related to sales and customer relationships. The assignment is strongly anchored in the ongoing digital transformation journey, where AI and advanced data analysis play an increasingly important role in creating customer value and more efficient internal processes.

The technical environment is primarily based on the Azure platform, where most of the analytical solutions are developed and maintained. The globally used CRM solution is Salesforce, where some AI-based solutions are also implemented depending on user needs.

Daily work takes place in agile teams, inspired by the SAFe framework. You are expected to contribute both operationally and strategically in the team and have a good understanding of how data can be used to drive business decisions in sales and customer management.

Desired Competence Profile:

- Solid experience working as a Data Scientist in business-related contexts

- Practical experience in building and implementing AI or analytical solutions within sales or CRM

- Very good knowledge of the Azure platform and its services related to data and analytics

- Experience with Salesforce as a CRM platform and/or as a target platform for AI solutions is a significant advantage

- Familiar with working agile in teams, preferably in organizations that work according to or are inspired by SAFe

- Communicative, curious, and solution-oriented

This is an assignment for you who want to combine advanced technology with concrete business benefits and influence how a global player uses data to make better decisions. You will work together with both technical and business-oriented roles in an international environment where English is the primary working language.
