About the role

You will be the natural link between technology, business, and people – the one who holds the threads together, creates structure, and drives the work forward. You will work closely and collaborate with several parts of the organization, including product development, IT, sales, and management, as well as with external customers and suppliers. Your ability to combine technical knowledge with strong project management skills will be crucial for the success of projects and customer satisfaction. Here, you will not only lead projects – you will also influence how we lead projects. We welcome your contributions of new perspectives, improvement suggestions, and methodologies that elevate our work even further. Some travel may be required.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, planning, and following up on projects within both internal and external technical initiatives

• Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with established quality goals

• Coordinating and driving collaboration with internal resources, developers, customers, and suppliers

• Identifying potential risks and developing and implementing risk management plans

• Responsible for project documentation, status reports, and follow-up with management and key stakeholders

• Continuously improving our project processes, working methods, and tools – for higher efficiency and better results

We are looking for someone who... ... is a structured and solution-oriented project manager with technical understanding and strong drive. You find it easy to create order in complex contexts and thrive in a role where you can combine technology with leadership. You are accustomed to leading projects from start to finish, managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously, and communicating clearly with both technical teams and the business side. You have an eye for detail but never lose sight of the big picture. With your curiosity, collaboration skills, and results focus, you contribute to both progress and development – in every project you take on.

We expect you to have:

• At least 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in an agile environment

• Post-secondary education in technology, IT, or project management – or equivalent work experience

• Good understanding of technical environments in hardware, software, or IoT

• Experience with project tools and methods such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall

• Ability to build relationships and create structure in changing environments

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
