Restaurant Himlen is located on the 25th and 26th floors of Skrapan in the middle of Götgatan. Our ambition is to provide our guests with a complete experience in an environment with fantastic views and a relaxed southern vibe. Our two restaurants maintain high quality in both food and drink as well as service. The Kitchen, with 46 seats, and Grill & Cocktail, with 60 seats and an additional 150 seats in the bar area, offer our guests exciting menus. As close to heaven as you can get! Welcome.

Do you love the restaurant industry but have left to study or are currently working in something else? We are looking for someone who wants to work extra and who wants to determine their working hours based on available extra shifts.

We are looking for

You have a passion for service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are quality-conscious. You enjoy working in a team where you support each other to achieve our common goals of creating the best possible dining experience for our guests. You have a twinkle in your eye, are stress-resistant, and have the ability to step up when needed as the pace can sometimes be very high.

Experience

• Preferably 2 years of experience in à la carte service.
• A high level of ambition and a desire to constantly develop.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of bartending is a plus.

We offer

In the Sjöstadsgruppen, Restaurant Himlen is included, located at the top of Skrapan in the middle of Södermalm, and Sjöstaden Skybar in Hammarby Sjöstad. As extra staff with us, you are welcome to work at both restaurants or just one of them.
