Fullstack Developer at the Swedish Customs

The IT department of the Swedish Customs is the largest employer in IT in northern Sweden and we are constantly growing. Here, you will work on socially important assignments that contribute to streamlining the flow of goods in Sweden. We build long-term agile teams that contribute to both business and social benefit. Your Role
As a fullstack developer at the Swedish Customs, you will participate in the development within several exciting business areas, particularly in facilitating customs handling in areas such as import, export, transit, or collection. You will work in an agile team responsible for requirements, design, development, solution architecture, and testing. The team works on new development and further development of systems within its business area. Here, you will have the opportunity to use your existing skills while deepening them in a warm and supportive environment.

Your Mission
- Design and develop robust and scalable systems that process large volumes of data
- Contribute to automating our processes to increase efficiency and minimize manual efforts
- Lead technical discussions, contribute your expertise to the team, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure our digital services meet business needs

Who Are You?
- You have an academic education in IT or equivalent experience
- You have several years of current professional experience in system development in Java
- You have experience working agile
- You can express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English

Desirable Experience
- Experience working with Elastic search
- Knowledge of Angular
- Experience with JBoss as an application platform
- Familiar with using Git for version control
- Experience with container solutions like Docker and OpenShift

The position is a permanent employment with individual salary setting.
Start date: By agreement.
