On behalf of one of our clients, we are now looking for a senior business developer. Our client is a well-established consulting company with a strong economy. The company offers interesting assignments in the public sector, focusing on socially beneficial applications, as well as a secure employment with collective agreements. The company has been in operation since 2003 and currently has about 100 employees.

You will work in pleasant offices in central Kiruna, with the possibility to also work from home.

As a senior business developer, your role will be to help the company's public clients transition to a more efficient case management system together with other automation experts. This frees up time for value-creating work and leads to improved quality, higher legal certainty, and more satisfied citizens and employees.

We are looking for someone who:

• has at least 5 years of experience as a business developer

• is used to leading teams with both IT-related and/or business-related competencies

• has experience coordinating and leading work meetings and workshops as well as reporting and communicating with steering groups

• masters various methods, models, and tools for effective project management, business development, and change management

• has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• has education and possible certification in traditional project management and agile methodology

• has an academic background in IT

You will be employed in a full-time position directly with our client. The probationary period will transition to a permanent position after six months. Start date: immediately.
