Overall Assignment Description:

• You will be tasked with supporting users working during the audit stop with IT-related issues.
• The tasks requiring knowledge involve Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, PC installations, as well as PC, printer, and telephony support.
• Some other tasks that do not require prior knowledge are also included, e.g., receiving suppliers, relocating IT equipment within the area, etc.
• The support area is concentrated in the refinery area of Gothenburg.
• You will be part of a team of a total of 3 people responsible for ensuring IT runs smoothly during the audit stop.

The purpose of the role is to:

At the request of the Stop Manager and Coordination Leader, participate in and lead activities within a coordination area (IT) according to specified guidelines and goals.

General main tasks are to:

• ensure that decided activities for the area of responsibility are carried out according to established routines
• coordinate activities within the coordination area with other activities
• coordinate resources within the coordination area
• be the convener and lead status meetings and other meetings related to the coordination area
• develop routines related to the coordination area
• participate in investigating deviations related to the coordination area if needed
• participate in the follow-up of the stop, compile the evaluation of the own coordination area, and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

• Experience working as an IT technician towards users in a Windows/AD environment
• Ability to assist in resolving IT issues for all users working during the audit stop
• Good experience in user support within Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
• Good knowledge of English
• Basic networking knowledge/TCP/IP
• Driving license B
