Role Description:

For our client, we are looking for a UX Lead - Logistics.

Our client is offering digital solutions to the transport industry. They are bringing a next-generation, open platform to the logistics market, designed to transform the industry by addressing inefficiencies and promoting sustainable transport solutions. Their purpose is to play a vital part in the transformation towards Net Zero Emission Transportations, where they see connectivity and collaboration as vital.

They are now searching for a UX lead to join their company where they use a startup mentality and an innovative mindset to create real change in the transportation industry. As a UX lead, you will be an important part of the company's future success. In this role, you are expected to lead and manage the user experience design process. You will collaborate with stakeholders, such as product owners and business leaders, to define the overall UX strategy and goals for their digital product. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the user experience design aligns with business goals and technical constraints. From time to time, you will also conduct user research activities, such as user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to gather insights about user needs, behaviors, and preferences. To articulate design decisions and advocate for the user’s perspective, effective communication and presentation skills are essential.

They would love to see that you have at least 5 years of expertise in user-centered design principles, research methodologies, and project management. You also have experience from the logistics industry and are familiar with the challenges that a transport buyer faces. In addition, you enjoy working in small dynamic teams where you innovate and drive digital acceleration. They expect you to be curious by nature and question the ordinary. You are a team player with great communication skills, action-oriented with delivery focus, and you have a can-do attitude.

The position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden. The client is highly interested in try-and-hire.
