Together with 14 other Northern European IT companies, we have formed itm8, a new powerhouse in digital transformation. As a network consultant at itm8, you are central to ensuring that our customers' network environments run smoothly. You independently handle customer cases both remotely and through visits to troubleshoot and solve the customer's challenges. You are far from alone, as within the consulting team you have close collaboration with technical network specialists within the operations team to develop the best solution for the customer. You will also support colleagues with technical problems and regularly participate in internal community meetings, where you share your experiences and learn from others. Proximity to our security consultants who also work with Fortinet is natural as these solutions often go hand in hand. You will also contribute your network expertise in kickoff meetings for new projects where you have previously been involved in designing solution proposals and implementing networks.

You have great opportunities to plan your workdays and customer projects independently. At the same time, it is a dynamic and varied role that requires flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to new situations and customer needs.

In this consulting role, you thrive if you enjoy having significant responsibility and the freedom to plan and execute projects both independently and in teams. You handle everything from customer contact to presenting solution proposals and implementing operations before handing over to our Operations team. It is a dynamic role where you constantly develop by learning new things and obtaining additional certifications so that you can further develop with us. Although the work can be intense at times, there is always support from helpful and friendly colleagues, which creates a strong team spirit and a strong customer focus.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for you who know firewalls, switching, routing, and wireless networks like the back of your hand. We hope you are as passionate about Fortinet as we are. You can also verify this with certifications you have obtained during your time as a network consultant. Experience in Azure Network is valuable. Since you will have a lot of customer contact, we believe you are already established as a consultant and enjoy being one. You are fluent in both Swedish and English.
