Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work as a consultant for one of our clients, where you will be part of a team developing advanced sensor systems focused on radar and communication technology. You will:

• Define requirements and performance for complex systems in microwave design and antenna technology.
• Participate in the entire development process: from modeling and analysis to verification and testing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other technical areas to develop new solutions and further develop existing systems.
• Stay updated on the latest research in radar and communication technology to contribute to future concepts and products.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• Master's degree or equivalent competence in electrical engineering, technical physics, or similar.
• Several years of experience working with radar, microwave/RF design, or antenna systems.
• Documented background in systems engineering, requirements management, and model-based development.
• Good collaborative skills and experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (usually requires Swedish citizenship).

Desirable (Nice to Have)

• Experience from the defense or aerospace industry.
• Knowledge in signal processing.
• Experience in test-driven development.
