ValueOne is looking for a Supplier Quality Manager & Team Leader for a longer consulting assignment with our client in Blekinge. The assignment is to be filled as soon as possible and lasts for two years with great opportunities for permanent employment after the assignment is completed.

As Supplier Quality Manager & Team Leader, you will:

• Lead and support a team of SQ personnel in various roles.
• Support and relieve your immediate manager in daily operations.
• Manage and drive supplier assessments and development of suppliers.
• Conduct sustainability checks and audits at suppliers.
• Manage deviations in collaboration with purchasers.
• Drive improvement work and implement changes.

We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in quality and supplier development, as well as good knowledge of quality assurance and quality processes. You have experience in leadership and/or project management and are self-driven, proactive, and responsible. Furthermore, you are communicative and skilled at collaborating with different functions within the organization. You are good at turning ideas into reality. As a leader, you have the ability to inspire your employees and get everyone moving in the same direction.
