The Position

As a production engineer, you will be part of the production technology department. You will have the opportunity to work on the development of people, processes, and machines in an expanding company characterized by a strong desire to prioritize and drive improvement through an innovative approach.

Main Responsibilities

• Support production staff in daily matters regarding safety, quality, and environment.
• Develop working methods together with the production team, both methodologically and personnel-wise.
• Communicate between product designers, production preparation, and production.
• Ensure a production method and tools that enable safe and efficient production.
• Create creative production solutions as well as structure and methodology.
• Drive improvement work through technical enhancements, instructions, and training.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should:

• Be a creative and curious problem solver with great commitment and a proactive approach.
• Take initiative as well as responsibility and ownership of tasks.
• Have good collaboration skills and social competence.
• Communicate with others and positively influence through persuasion and knowledge.
• Have a bachelor's or master's degree in production engineering or equivalent experience.
• Have a broad technical profile, regardless of whether the competence has been acquired through education or work experience.
• Be fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Have good system and computer skills.
