Ronneby Miljö & Teknik is looking for a Process Engineer

We are seeking a Process Engineer for the District Heating & Cooling department, who will be involved in developing our processes together with others in the department to ensure that our production facilities operate at their best. Ronneby is in an expansive phase, and this position is an expansion to meet future needs.

About the position

As a Process Engineer with us, you will work with a variety of tasks. Since the position is entirely new, you will have the opportunity to help shape it. You will be a driving force in our projects.

Your main responsibilities as a Process Engineer:

• Project management
• Responsibility for all statistics/processes - annual cycle
• Conduct follow-ups and write reports, presentations
• Training of staff in the organization
• Continuous responsibility for our internal systems
• Participate in workplace meetings, professional meetings, and other training necessary to maintain required competence.

The role of Process Engineer is based at Sörbyverket in Ronneby. When the business allows, there is an opportunity to work remotely 1-2 days a week.

About you

We prefer candidates with a background in combined heat and power or process industry. Your education should be in engineering in a relevant field, such as energy engineering, marine engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent. We want you to have good language skills in Swedish and English. A B driver's license is a requirement.

We believe you enjoy collaborating to solve problems, have a strong interest and passion for technology, and are comfortable sharing your knowledge with the organization. You are also experienced in driving projects from start to finish. To thrive in this role, you need to be responsible, meticulous, able to take initiative, and appreciate order and structure. You are a natural relationship builder who communicates simply and clearly and creates an environment that promotes collaboration. We work based on "team before self".
