Are you a driven and business-minded property manager with experience in residential management? Do you want a key role where you can work with operations, development, and sustainability? Then you could be our next property manager in Karlskrona! The position is a temporary contract lasting from now until September 30, 2025, with a possibility of extension.

About the role

• Responsible for planned maintenance and ongoing management
• Conduct inspections during move-in and move-out
• Work commercially with improvement measures
• Maintain close contact with tenants, authorities, and contractors

The role involves many points of contact, both internally and externally, and is suitable for you who are solution-oriented, structured, and communicative.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in management, operations management, or project management within the real estate industry
• Is a natural leader and enjoys working commercially and proactively
• Has relevant education in property management or equivalent experience
• Has good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel
• Holds a B driver's license
