SYSTRA is strong in BIM, information management, and data coordination both in Sweden and internationally. We now want to strengthen our team with an additional BIM Strategist in Stockholm

As a BIM Strategist at SYSTRA, you are a central part of our infrastructure assignments and act as expert support in client organizations. You may also work with management organizations and support them in the development of processes, information management, and documentation.

Your responsibilities

• In assignments: You have an important connection to the project management to clarify methodologies and work processes.
• Requirements and coordination: You ensure and coordinate requirements regarding BIM and information management as well as successive working methods within the assignment.
• Work management: In larger multidisciplinary assignments, you lead BIM and information management, where you are also responsible for developing the digital work process.
• Follow-up: You will also lead the work of following up on the progress of the assignment's production, in close collaboration with, for example, design or project management.

About you

We are looking for someone who thrives in a leadership role where you actively take initiative, identify areas for improvement, and drive the work forward. You have a great interest in digitalization and technology and see the added value that digital working methods create for both our clients and assignments. The work involves many contact points, and you have a natural ability to build strong relationships, both internally and externally, where your engagement inspires and rubs off on others. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented, break down problems, and utilize the team's competence to find the best paths forward.

Qualifications

• Have an engineering degree or equivalent education or knowledge acquired in other ways.
• At least 5 years of work experience in digital project management within the infrastructure or construction industry.
• Experience with complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious

• Have experience in the role of technical manager for digital project management with a focus on BIM within Transport Agency projects.
• Experience in developing and implementing processes and working methods related to BIM and information management in assignments, as well as very good knowledge of software and tools.
• Have experience of BIM work in the client or contractor role within infrastructure.
• Experience in leading employees.
• Previous experience acting as a mentor and supporting others in their professional development.
• Certifications in BIM & Information management or VDC.

Location and other information

We offer a permanent position starting by agreement. You will have your base at one of our offices in Stockholm, Uppsala, or Malmö, but we also offer the flexibility to work remotely a few days a week. Travel in the service may occur a few times a year in connection with business area meetings and group meetings.
