We are looking for a driven and experienced site manager/project manager who wants to lead and drive projects to success. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for planning, executing, and following up on projects within our company. We primarily work with private clients. You will be a central figure in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. Language requirements: Russian, Swedish, and English.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and plan projects from start to finish
• 
  
• Ensure that projects are delivered according to set goals and timelines
• 
  
• Coordinate and lead work teams
• 
  
• Manage and communicate with clients and external suppliers
• 
  
• Follow up and report on project status
• 
  
• Identify risks and develop action plans
• 
  
• Lead and participate in meetings and discussions about project progress
• 
  

Qualifications:

• Experience in project management or site management, preferably within construction
• 
  
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach employees
• 
  
• Able to work both independently and in teams
• 
  
• Good communication and organizational skills
• 
  
• Knowledge of project management and experience in managing budgets and timelines
• 
  
• Preferred if you have relevant education in project management or site management
