Do you have experience in project management and a good understanding of laws and regulatory requirements? Entrecon Consulting receives ongoing requests from our clients for skilled and experienced project managers.

We accept applications continuously and match them with requests from our clients and customers. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments out at the client.

The Assignment

The role of the project manager involves, among other things, being overall responsible for planning and leading the work and preparing decisions for the client regarding time, budget, and quality. The tasks include, among other things, developing project plans, convening and leading meetings with groups within the project, and anchoring and communicating decisions and information within the organization. Furthermore, procurement of resources, compilation of tender documents, negotiation with parties, leading environmental and work environment issues, and reporting to the client are included. You will also be responsible for contacts with authorities, clients, and suppliers.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following experience:

• Good knowledge of the earth and construction process and documented experience in planning, project management, cost monitoring, forecasting, KMA, procurement, and production.
• You should have been active as a project/project management and/or construction manager in earth and construction for at least 5 years, preferably more.
• You have qualifications as a work environment coordinator, BAS-P, and BAS-U.
• You have good knowledge of contract and consulting law, AB04/ABT06, as well as AMA and MER construction.
• Great plus if you have experience with concrete, preferably concrete class 1, ideally 2. Also, experience from water and sewage projects is a plus.
• You have a civil engineering degree or other construction-related education, or have acquired equivalent knowledge through extensive work experience.
