Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the execution and financial results of the projects. You will work proactively from procurement, planning, resource allocation to driving the projects forward. You will conduct ongoing evaluations with contractors, suppliers, internal staff, and end customers. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

To succeed and thrive in this role, you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in project management
• Experience in contracting, property automation, operations and maintenance, as well as a good industry knowledge of HVAC systems, construction, and/or project planning
• Experience with financial monitoring via ERP systems
• Good knowledge of contract law
• Driver's license (B)
