Nator Entreprenad is a passionate and committed company in the land improvement industry. We are now looking for a site manager who wants to join our exciting growth journey. Nator Entreprenad's projects are mainly carried out in Greater Stockholm, and their headquarters is conveniently located within walking distance from Helenelund station in Sollentuna.

About the Position

As a site manager, you will have the opportunity to lead, distribute tasks, and coordinate resources within land and foundation projects. When necessary, you will also work operationally as an executor, which will provide you with a good variation in your daily work. In addition to sometimes working operationally, you will oversee 5-10 employees/subcontractors and coordinate daily production.

Your Responsibilities

• You are the bridge between the customer and your colleagues on the projects.
• You guide and coach your employees.
• If needed, you will work operationally in the execution.
• In consultation with management, you may be responsible for purchasing services and goods if necessary.
• You conduct continuous check-ins with the customer and assist in solving problems that arise.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the project adheres to the timeline and have an understanding of how any deviations should be handled.

Who You Are:

To thrive as a site manager at Nator Entreprenad, you need to be business-driven and solution-oriented. You are confident in your role as a leader and enjoy guiding your employees towards common goals. You are also a clear leader who understands how all parts of a project are executed operationally. With your commitment, you motivate the staff to complete the work on time with the highest quality according to the customer's wishes. You have at least 5 years of practical experience in land and construction work. You should feel confident in your role as an executor, and it is advantageous if you can refer to varied professional experience as projects can vary in nature.
