Responsibilities

In the role of cost estimator, you are central to the bidding process and contribute to creating solutions that combine profitability and quality. You will be part of our dedicated team and work closely with our project managers and construction managers to ensure we deliver competitive bids.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Analyzing tender documents and creating detailed budget and bid estimates.
• Driving the process from inquiry to completed bid proposal.
• Identifying risks and proposing alternative solutions that meet customer needs.
• Presenting estimates and results to construction managers and the management team in an educational manner.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is structured, creative, and unpretentious. You have a natural ability to analyze complex information and translate it into concrete and well-calculated proposals. Your communication skills and curiosity to explore new digital tools make you an obvious part of our team.

Requirements for the role:

• Experience in cost estimation within the construction industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a methodical and organized approach.
• Good computer skills, strong numerical sense, and fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
• Knowledge of construction law.
• Driver's license B.

We consider it an advantage if you have experience in:

• Public procurement and purchasing work.
• Production experience in building construction.
• Knowledge of the estimation software BidCon and working with BIM in cost estimation.

Other

Start: Immediately, by agreement.
Scope: Full-time.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:15 PM.
Location: Stockholm/Upplands Väsby.
