Responsibilities

As a Site Manager, you have an operational role with direct responsibility for leading the craftsman team in daily work on our construction sites. You ensure that all work tasks are performed efficiently and according to plan. In your role, you will:

• Lead and distribute work among craftsmen to ensure project goals are met within timelines and budget.
• Follow up and ensure that construction projects are carried out with high quality and precision.
• Collaborate with site managers to ensure that the resources on the site are used optimally.
• Be an early riser and present on-site from early morning, with the ability to see and acknowledge all employees.
• Lead and structure meetings.
• Engage and motivate all employees to work towards weekly goals by setting, executing, and following up on common objectives.
• Travel and overnight stays may be required for the job.

Who are you?

You are someone who enjoys working in a leadership role close to production. With your clear leadership and ability to communicate, you are a role model for the team. We would like you to have:

• Previous experience leading craftsmen on construction sites.
• Experience with personnel responsibility, including work environment responsibility.
• Ability to work independently with great initiative.
• Driver's license B and proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Formal requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in management within the construction sector, focusing on leading craftsman teams of at least 5 people.
• Education suitable for the site manager role.
• Documented experience in handling KMA issues.
• Basic computer skills – for simple administrative tasks, e.g., email, Word, Excel, time reporting systems, etc.

Meritorious

• Experience leading craftsmen in renovation and remodeling projects.
• Good knowledge of languages other than Swedish.

Salary: By agreement
