About the position:

As a janitor with us, you will be a central part of our operations, where you are responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of our properties. Your work will contribute to ensuring that our premises are in top condition and that all customers and colleagues feel well taken care of. You will take on various tasks, from troubleshooting and maintenance to rounds and minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and control systems. Your role is crucial to ensuring smooth and efficient property management.

Your main tasks include:

• Troubleshooting and maintenance of properties
• Rounds and supervision
• Minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and control systems

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with an education in property management or equivalent experience from the workforce. You should also have previous experience in troubleshooting properties. If you also have basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and control systems, we consider it an advantage. A B driver's license is required.

Personal qualities:

You are structured, solution-oriented, and take responsibility for your tasks. You enjoy planning your own workday while being a team player who likes to collaborate with others. Your service-oriented attitude and ability to handle many points of contact make you a valued colleague in our team.

Your workday:

You will be part of a dynamic work team together with other janitors, street/park workers, and a supervisor who supports and coordinates the work. Your workday starts and ends at the municipal storage in Kisa, which gives you a clear structure and close contact with your colleagues.
