This position is a direct recruitment which means that the recruitment process is conducted through Bravura and you will be employed directly by Culligan Storkök AB, part of Culligan Nordic Group and Culligan International.

Job responsibilities

As a service technician, you will primarily work with troubleshooting, product installations, and preventive maintenance at customer sites. In this role, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing your own service assignments. The position is varied and offers good opportunities to work independently. You largely control your own daily routine together with team leaders, customer service, customers, and colleagues. You will be assigned a service vehicle and have the option to start from your home address. The region has offices and spare parts storage in Norrköping, and you will be based in Linköping for this role.

• Troubleshooting, product installations, and preventive maintenance at customer sites
• Plan, coordinate, and execute your own service assignments
• Own service vehicle and control your own work

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Some years of experience in technical or mechanical work
• It is an advantage if you have worked with some form of troubleshooting methodology from larger machines, car mechanics, trains, or forklifts
• You need to have basic electrical knowledge and experience in repairing technical items
• Driver's license B
• Swedish and English in spoken and written form

We place great importance on personal suitability and would like to see that you have a strong interest in technology as well as good problem-solving skills and can quickly find solutions to technical problems. You should be self-driven but also a team player as everyone in the team is responsible and works together. Since customer contact is a large part of the job, we expect you to have good communication skills and be able to listen and understand others' needs and information.
