Local Coordinator at Coor in Linköping

What will you be working on?

As a local coordinator, you are Coor's face to our client. You ensure a good working environment with order and cleanliness in the premises so they are used optimally and simplify the client's workday by identifying needs and addressing problems before they arise.

Examples of tasks:

• Single point of contact for coordination and optimization of premises
• Some administration and documentation
• Evaluate and inventory workplaces and utilization rates as needed
• Be innovative and provide development proposals
• Preparatory handling of relocations
• Conduct analyses on the capacity of the premises

Who are you?

• You are experienced in driving projects with CAD skills
• You are skilled in using technology and navigating various computer systems
• You have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing
• You have a B driver's license
• Experience in a similar role related to space optimization is an advantage

About the position

Employment type: Permanent full-time (100%) with an initial probationary period of 6 months.
